What does it mean to be civilized?
I thank that being civilized means to have a well being about life. Easy to manage or control,well organized or ordered. people who are not civilized I thank they act out and they cant keep there things organized,also I thank that people who are civilized highly developed alot more things in life and stay active more then the ones that are not civilized.These are the things that I thank it means to be civilized.

I agree with this statement "Easy to manage or control,well organized or ordered" as a good definition of what makes people civilized.
